Greg Reynolds has dedicated more than 25 years to founding and building companies that curate, cultivate and celebrate diverse talent. Through his work, Greg has built C-level relationships at F1000 companies in insurance, technology, entertainment, finance, investment banking, and utilities.  He has also built strategic relationships in key associations with individuals shaping public policy.

Greg currently serves as CEO and president of two companies he co-founded, Hadley-Reynolds (executive recruitment) and g-dii. Together, his companies are at the nexus of executive search, talent identification/engagement, retention and human capital development – the people side of business. Moreover, his devotion to the importance of diversity and inclusion has led him to further evolving his businesses to ensure all candidates get a fair shake worldwide.

He is active in the Black Human Resources Network, the Urban League, the Human Rights Campaign and International Coaches Federation. He has also previously served on the Board of the Washington Halfway Home for women, and GLAAD, a non-governmental media monitoring organization.

Greg was educated at Hampton University.
