Laci has held senior Human Resources roles for marquee organizations including Motorola, United Airlines, Owens Corning, Accenture, and Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte). Organizations leverage her experience and expertise to optimize the performance of people, the creativity of teams, and the results of the business in a measurable and reportable way. Her secret lies in creating people experiences that matter to today’s multigenerational workforce — a workforce that values social responsibility, assumes inclusivity, and acts with respect for all.
As our Senior Vice President of Customer Programs and Advocacy, Laci defines what culture improvement solutions we will offer and how our solutions will be deployed to improve and sustain individual and organizational performance.
Laci earned her BS in education and psychology from the University of Illinois, holds her MBA degree, and is currently a PhD candidate in organizational effectiveness and leadership.
